You should not begin demolition unless this Notice has been given to us as the Local Authority and we have served a Notice back to you under Section 81 of the Building Act 1984.

As the person carrying out the demolition you must also give written notification to:
- the occupier of any building adjacent to the building(s) to be demolished
- the public gas supplier
- the public energy supplier
