From 1 October 2023, additional information needs to be provided with full plans submissions in England that is not currently covered by our online form.

While we work to add these requirements to the system, you will need to complete this ‘Supplementary Information’ form as a supporting document.

Please note, if this supplementary information form is not being submitted by the client (ie is submitted by an agent or architect on behalf of the client), we will email the client after this form is submitted to obtain a statement of consent from that client, stating that they agree that the application can be made and that the information contained in the application is correct.
