I hereby give notice that work has commenced in accordance with the relevant requirements under Building Regulations 46A.

Please note:
1. That this notice must be issued no more than 5 days after the day on which work is to be regarded as commenced.
2. Building Control may take such steps, including (a)requiring information; (b) laying open of work for inspection, as the authority thinks appropriate to check whether the work is to be regarded as commenced.
3. If the Building Control is not satisfied that the work is regarded as commenced, they will give the person who issued this notice a rejection notice within four weeks.
4. If no Rejection notice has been issued within 4 weeks, then the work will be regarded as commenced.
